Great for mature eyes!
I’ve been looking for eyeliner that doesn’t make me look like I have dark circles and doesn’t accentuate any puffiness under my eyes. I have oily skin, too, so that has always been a challenge for me - all eye makeup would immediately begin dissolving and flaking, ending up everywhere but on my eyes!
